A little bit about me...
I’m a Shamanic Birth Keeper, Traditional Postpartum Doula, Feminine Yoga Teacher, Womb Medicine Woman, and Mama.
I am so humbled to be doing this work, as I believe sacred womb wisdom is the medicine that women, and the earth needs most right now.
My journey into this work began with my own healing journey - one that took me deep into the underworld to recover from an eating disorder, infertility and to reconnect with who I was as a divine feminine being.
I know how it feels to be disconnected to your body, its cycles and its magic.
To know that there must be another way of ‘being’ in this world, but not having the tools to reawaken this deep inner knowing.
I too have felt the longing for genuine, deep connections with other awakened women.
How did I arrive here?
I grew up with absolutely ZERO awareness of the power and magic of being a woman.
As a young girl growing up in my generation, all that most of us were taught were the basics about 'managing' our periods, and how not to get pregnant!!
We were sold the Pill as the answer to everything, and knew nothing of the wisdom and intuitive gifts that our monthly moon cycle offered us.
When I was a teenager, I started to develop an unhealthy relationship with my body, which then spiralled into an eating disorder and years of self-deprivation and disconnection with my body, mind and spirit.
I’ve experienced the heartache of infertility, the grief of pregnancy losses, the raw and primal power of birthing 3 babies into the world, the loneliness and overwhelm of postpartum depression, and the courage of being a single mama.
I've moved through the sacred rite of passage from Maiden to Mother, and now sit on the precipice of the Maga (Peri-menopause).
To the depth of the underworld I have traveled, and returned back with many seeds of wisdom, and beautiful gifts of healing and expansion.
As a birth keeper and postpartum doula, I’ve knelt at the birthing altar alongside many women as they traverse the realms of birth to bring their babies earthside.
I've supported women since 2008, and I know just how important the rites of passage of conception, pregnancy and birth are, and how deeply they change you as a woman, and as a mother.
I will walk with you as a guide on your sacred journey.
To help you re-connect you with your own inner power and knowing (we all have it within us), and to have the courage to do what feels right for you, your body and your baby - not what society tells us you ‘should do’.
A little bit more...
According to my Natal Soul Chart (my contract/map for this lifetime), I’m a strong emissary and messenger for the Goddess and the Divine Feminine. I am here for the empowerment and sovereignty of the divine feminine, and as a progressive visionary for the new way forward... sounds like a pretty big responsibility, but it is the path I have found myself drawn to.
I’m definitely an introvert, and love a deep one-on-one conversation ….. but also I am equally at home surrounded by a circle of likeminded women.
I love nothing more than being barefoot in the rainforest, or by the ocean. Two of my other favourite things are a cup of a masala chai, and a book (I must confess, I have waaaaay too many).

Our healing space...
We offer our packages both worldwide online, and in-person in the beautiful suburb of Woonona, 20 minutes north of Wollongong, nestled between the mountains and the ocean.
We offer 1:1 and small group gatherings in our bell tent under the trees and amongst nature. You will be serenaded by many of our feathered friends, the kookaburras, black cockatoos, magpies, king parrots and the white cockatoos at sunset - which are a much more intense serenade than the others. 🙂
