Sometimes referred to as vaginal steaming, or V-steaming, yoni steaming is the powerful practice of sitting, or squatting over a bowl/pot of steaming water infused with herbs. It has been practiced in many ancient, indigenous cultures around the world.
Yoni steaming is a simple practice that can be done at home, and helps to support and heal our feminine cycles and stages of life.
